Returns/Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns/refunds. We allow exchanges within 14 days from the date the tracking number says it was delivered. Customer must email us an exchange request within one week. Once we receive and approve the request, we will email more details regarding the exchange. Please note that customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item.

All "SALE" items are FINAL. (items ending in .00 and/or on "SALE section.")
All "JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES & SOCKS" are FINAL.
All "INTERNATIONAL ORDERS" are FINAL.

We are happy to exchange an item if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Customer may exchange for any item that is of equal or lesser value.

To exchange, item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, with tags still attached, and odorless. Email pepperknot@gmail.com with your name, mailing address, which items you are sending back, and which items (include size and color) you would like in exchange. Once we receive your package, the items you requested in your email will be mailed to you. In the case we have sold out of your desired size/color, we will inform you via email. Customer is responsible to pay ALL shipping costs - when we receive the customer's exchange request, we will send an invoice to the customer to cover the shipping of the exchange item.

If you believe to have received any defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), please Contact us immediately within 7 days of received delivery date.

If you'd like to guarantee the size/item (due to our items selling out quickly) you may purchase the new item/size and notify us that you've done so and send back your original item. When we receive the original item we'll refund you immediately. Note: The exchange program is the ONLY instance we will allow a refund, since you're essentially repurchasing/guaranteeing the new size until we receive the original item.

*PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for the postal service when they lose or damage a package. Once the package has left our store and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
